STORAGE
Yersinia Supplement is available in a solution form and should be kept between -20º C et + 8º C in the dark. Yersinia Supplement is shipped with a minimum 2 months dating. Freezer temperatures are recognized as being more stable than refrigerator temperatures. Yersinia Supplement is frozen when shipped but may be re-frozen if thawed during transport.


PREPARATION
In the preparation of Yersinia Selective Agar (CIN Agar), aseptically, add the contents of one 5 ml vial of Yersinia Supplement to 500 ml sterile Yersinia Agar cooled to 45-50º C.
